Return Policy

At Aura Tibet, our goal is your complete satisfaction. We take pride in offering high-quality handmade products, and we want to ensure you love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be in original, unused condition, just as they were shipped to you.
  2. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
  3. The returned item(s) must be sent back to us within 20 days of the delivery date.
  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. We recommend carefully packaging your return and purchasing insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.
  5. If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll send the item back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Method:

  • Please email us at xyi504492@gmail.com before returning any items.
  • Once the return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item.
  • If your return is due to a defect or fault with the product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • After we receive your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Special Note on Handmade Items: Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order items. 

Return Shipping Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 25% of the item price will apply for returns on certain items.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please note: international duties and taxes are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping cost.

If you’re in the EU, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) may apply, and you may have additional rights when returning your items.
