1.Can Aura Tibet ship to my country?
We ship to the United States and almost every country worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us for more details.
2.How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders worldwide!
For orders under $10 (including free items like postcards), a shipping fee of $18 will apply.
Note: We also offer free shipping promotions during our special sales events, so make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates!
3.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Note: Customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time)
- Processing Time: 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days .
Please note: Orders to remote areas or rural zones may experience slightly longer shipping times.
4.How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You can easily track your order on our tracking page here：https://auratibet.myshopify.com/apps/17TRACK .
Note: Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to be updated.
5.What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you haven't received your package 30 days after shipping, please contact us at: xyi504492@gmail.com. We’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Shipping and Monitoring Process
At Aura Tibet, we strive to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. Your order will be shipped directly from Nepal and will pass through quality checks before being sent to your location. We ensure that all products are handled with care throughout the entire shipping process.
You will receive two emails to track your order's progress: one when it leaves Nepal and one when it arrives at our monitoring center before being dispatched to your address.
